Our work is driven by innovation, research, and collaboration, making ADC a trusted leader in the industry. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities Coordinate drawings and documents across multiple disciplines. Coordinate project specifications and ensure alignment with design documents. Assist with permitting and agency approvals. Support compliance with building codes, zoning ordinances, and project requirements. Research and coordinate building materials and products with manufacturers and consultants. Participate in construction administration, including: Responding to RFIs Reviewing submittals Preparing sketches and CCDs Conducting site visits and punch lists Assisting as the owner's representative Prepare presentation materials and support client and internal meetings. Track project schedules, deliverables, and coordination efforts. Support Project Managers and Principals with project execution and administration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. 0-5 years of relevant experience in the A/E/C industry. Experience with healthcare, federal, high-tech, biopharmaceutical, or commercial projects is a plus. Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred. Experience with Bluebeam, MS Projects, Procore, or similar project management software. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of architectural and engineering systems. Knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and permitting processes preferred.
