About the Role A rapidly growing geotechnical construction and engineering organization is seeking multiple Project Engineers (Levels I, II, and III) to support complex geohazard mitigation, slope stabilization, and ground improvement projects across North America. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative engineering team working on technically challenging projects from concept through construction close-out. The company is in aggressive growth mode and plans to significantly expand its engineering team through the end of the year. What You'll Do Support geotechnical and structural engineering projects from design through construction completion Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and technical sales teams Assist in developing economical, constructible, and defensible engineering solutions Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, and technical documentation Participate in design reviews, field support, and project coordination activities Contribute to slope stabilization and ground improvement projects across a variety of environments
Qualifications Required:
B.S. in Civil Engineering 1-2+ years of relevant engineering experience for junior-level openings Geotechnical or structural engineering experience EIT required for Project Engineer I preferred PE required for Project Engineer
II & III
candidates Proficiency with
Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD Preferred:
M.S. in Civil Engineering Rocscience software experience Experience supporting geohazard mitigation or ground improvement projects Additional Details Multiple openings available across engineering levels Strong preference for candidates local to the Denver area or open to relocation Hybrid work environment with Denver-area office presence preferred High-growth organization with strong advancement potential Interview Process Initial virtual interview with Talent Acquisition Interview with Engineering Leadership / Team Leads Leadership panel interview Final executive interview Additional assessments may include cognitive and personality evaluations.
