• Lead land development projects from concept through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, project scopes, and resource allocation
• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted project advisor
• Oversee proposals, contracts, and financial performance
• Coordinate with civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Ensure quality control, compliance, and project excellence
• Support business development and growth initiatives Qualifications
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 5-10+ years of land development or civil engineering experience
• Proven project management and client leadership experience
• Expertise in site design, grading, drainage, and utilities
• Strong budgeting, proposal, and financial management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
