Professional Engineer (PE) | Project Manager - Land Development Lead. Manage. Build. Grow. We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. Position Overview- Lead land development projects from concept through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, project scopes, and resource allocation
- Serve as the primary client contact and trusted project advisor
- Oversee proposals, contracts, and financial performance
- Coordinate with civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Ensure quality control, compliance, and project excellence
- Support business development and growth initiatives Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 5-10+ years of land development or civil engineering experience
- Proven project management and client leadership experience
- Expertise in site design, grading, drainage, and utilities
- Strong budgeting, proposal, and financial management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
