The Senior Municipal Engineer will:

Design and manage stormwater management and traffic/transportation projects. Manage municipal road improvement projects, bid and construction phase. Represent municipal clients. Coordinate the Land Development Plan review process. Positively impact the firm's municipal business line nurturing current relationships and developing new ones. Qualifications 15 - 20 years of experience in municipal engineering; at least 5 years as a primary representative. A background in stormwater management and traffic/transportation. Experience managing municipal road improvement projects; reviewing development plans; and attending public meetings. B.S. in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineering License in PE in Pennsylvania; other state registrations, especially DE and NY are a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present technical information in front of large groups at municipal meetings. Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time; managing budgets and resources available to satisfy client needs. The skill and interest to multi-task on a variety of diverse assignments and within required timeframes. The ability to establish, maintain, and cultivate exceptional relationships with coworkers, clients, vendors and other stakeholders. A proven track record in developing new business and enriching existing relationships. This position is based out of our Reading PA office; however, there may be flexibility for a hybrid-remote work model.
