Key Responsibilities:

Lead and expand the structural engineering activities of the company. Ensure engineering compliance with governing codes for the utility and telecom industry. Collaborate with internal and customer cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Work closely with utilities, telecom carriers and specifiers to introduce, design and fabricate the proprietary RAM tower system nationally. Prepare design calculations for telecom structures (small cell poles and macro-cell structures).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (BSCE or BSSE) Master's degree (MSCE or MSSE) a plus. Licensed Professional Engineer P.E. in Civil Engineering with a concentration on structural and foundation engineering. Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering. Experience in structural design of steel and concrete, fabrication, and construction methods and procedures. Proficiency in

RISA 3D FEA

analysis software, SolidWorks, and/or AutoCAD. Experience in modelling lattice tower transmission structures using

PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER

a plus. Knowledge of utility industry standards and codes including

ASCE 10, NESC, IEC.

Knowledge of telecom tower TNX and RISA3D software and the TIA Code is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Why Join Us?
