$153,000•$190,000 per year Job Details•The Construction Engineering Project Managers play a critical role in supporting complex construction projects by combining engineering expertise with practical, field‑focused problem solving. They partner with contractors and project teams to navigate technical challenges, drive constructability solutions, and support projects with aggressive schedules and high levels of complexity.
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the growth of the Construction Engineering practice by providing technical expertise, supporting business development efforts, and collaborating with project partners. Manage Construction Engineering projects by coordinating technical work, schedules, and resources to support successful project delivery. Oversee and mentor junior staff in the development of construction documents and technical deliverables. Support proposal development and client coordination, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling. Build and maintain effective client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of relevant professional experience in construction engineering, engineering consulting, or a related field. Professional engineering licensure required; advanced or specialty licensure preferred. Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff while collaborating effectively with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams. Experience contributing to business development efforts, including leveraging professional networks to support new project opportunities. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Desired Qualifications Familiarity with relevant design or modeling tools. Engagement in professional or industry activities.
