The successful candidate will lead structural engineering design and analysis activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to innovative structural solutions that support large-scale architectural projects. Key responsibilities include leading structural design projects, preparing calculations and construction documentation, coordinating with project stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards, and supporting projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Illinois Structural Engineer (SE) License required Professional Engineer (PE) license in an additional state preferred Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 6+ years of structural engineering experience focused on building projects Strong understanding of structural systems, engineering principles, and construction methodologies Experience within commercial, residential, institutional, healthcare, or hospitality projects Strong communication and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Authorization to work in the United States Why is This a
