Unlike traditional consulting firms, we work for one internal client, allowing clear expectations, excellent communication, and long term project stability. Why Join the Team No time sheets and no business development•focus entirely on engineering True 40‑hour workweek with very little overtime 100% employer‑paid medical insurance 401k retirement plan with 3% company match Annual bonuses based on personal performance and company success Fully in‑office by design, with remote flexibility when truly needed Extremely low turnover and a collaborative, long‑tenured team environment Development through mentorship, responsibility, and salary growth Key Responsibilities Develop engineered site designs including paving, drainage, utilities, and site access Perform detailed site grading and utility layout Prepare construction and permitting plan sets Coordinate daily with in‑house land development, architecture, structural, survey, construction, and project management teams Work directly with municipalities and outside consultants as needed Utilise AutoCAD Civil 3D, Excel, and email as primary design and coordination tools Focus exclusively on internal development projects from concept through construction Expected Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering PE or EIT with a clear path to obtain license 3-5+ years of relevant site development experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Excel Experience with industrial site design preferred Working knowledge of grading and drainage Familiarity with local codes, permitting, and regulatory processes Strong organisational and communication skills Get job alerts Share Copied to clipboard Related roles Practice Builder
