This company specializes in large-scale manufacturing, processing, energy, and heavy commercial facilities, offering hands-on experience in technically demanding environments. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. It's ideal for someone early in their construction or engineering career who is eager to learn and grow through field experience. Key Responsibilities Support construction planning, layouts, lift drawings, and field coordination Create sketches and models to clarify field conditions and design details Perform quality checks to ensure work meets specifications Manage RFIs and communicate updates to project teams Participate in coordination meetings and pre-install planning Track deliveries, schedules, and project closeout activities Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to ~30%+ of the time Valid driver's license
