Senior Structural Engineer - Industrial Projects (Brea, CA) A well‑established structural engineering group in Southern California is adding a Senior Structural Engineer to its Brea‑based team to support a growing portfolio of industrial and commercial‑manufacturing projects. This is a hands‑on, Senior execution role for an engineer who enjoys owning projects, making technical decisions, and staying close to the design work—not a people‑management or review‑only position. What We're Looking For + 10-15+ years of structural engineering experience + Strong background in industrial or commercial‑industrial projects + Deep experience with steel and concrete design + Comfortable operating independently and making sound technical decisions + Strong communicator who can interface directly with clients and owners + PE license required (SE a plus, but not mandatory) This role is not a fit for engineers whose experience is primarily residential or light commercial.
