You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of professional services delivered while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. You will play a key role throughout all phases of engineering projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. You will also occasionally visit client sites, support business development efforts, and mentor junior engineers to support team growth. With us, you'll get the opportunity to... Participate in engineering studies, design, and project delivery Prepare technical documents such as reports, specifications, and deliverables Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated solutions Contribute to proposal preparation and engineering service estimates Support client relationships by understanding needs and proposing solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Participate in site visits, inspections as required Design and review Concrete foundations Structural steel and reinforced concrete structures Equipment support structures Pipe racks, access platforms, and industrial structural systems Building structural components Design general civil infrastructure systems supporting industrial facilities (grading, drainage, site development) Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture? Results-driven Strong commitment to health and safety Inspirational leadership Ability to look beyond established standards Rigorous and ethical Summary of certifications and job requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering (structural focus) or Structural Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States, or eligible 5-10 years of relevant experience in mining, energy or heavy industry Experience in a multidisciplinary consulting engineering environment Field experience (construction, site visits, inspections) Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and teams Valid driver's license and availability for occasional travel Steel and concrete structures, foundations, industrial buildings, and equipment supports Site development, grading, drainage, and integration with industrial facilities Structural analysis, load combinations, stability, and material design Knowledge of North American structural and civil standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE, CBC/IBC as applicable Construction drawings, specifications, calculation packages, and technical reports Software knowledge : SAP2000,ETABS, STAAD, Audocad, Revit, Naviswork, Mathcad Asset:
