Job Description
Senior Site Civil Engineer responsible for leading site development, master planning, utility routing, grading, drainage, stormwater, and permitting design for large-scale projects. Job Requirements 15+ years of civil engineering experience Professional Engineer license required Advanced Civil 3D skills Experience leading site civil teams on projects Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary team members remotely Experience with site development, site master planning, and site selection Experience with underground utility routing and site space planning Experience performing hydrology analysis for storm drain system design Experience analyzing and designing gravity wastewater systems Experience preparing final grading plans, cut and fill analysis, and earthwork balancing Experience preparing erosion and sediment control plans Experience preparing stormwater pollution prevention plans Experience supporting permit approval processes Knowledge of local Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements for design and construction Experience with stormwater analysis and modeling software such as StormCAD or CivilStorm Preferred Skills Data center project experience Large industrial site development experience Advanced stormwater modeling experience Experience supporting AHJ coordination across multiple project locations Experience preparing civil design documentation for complex site infrastructure projects Job Responsibilities Lead site civil engineering design activities for assigned projects Support site development, site master planning, and site selection Design underground utility routing and site space planning layouts Perform hydrology analysis for storm drain system design Analyze and design gravity wastewater systems Prepare final grading plans, cut and fill analysis, and earthwork balancing Develop erosion and sediment control plans Prepare stormwater pollution prevention plans Support permit approval activities Research and apply local AHJ design and construction requirements Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using StormCAD, CivilStorm, or similar software Coordinate site civil design work with other engineering disciplines Review project requirements and develop civil design solutions Prepare civil drawings, calculations, reports, and design documentation
