Our team works across the full lifecycle of land development projects — from property acquisition and due diligence through permitting, design, construction support, and project closeout — with a strong focus on freight, logistics, industrial, and commercial development. Our engineers do far more than produce plans. They help provide real-world solutions for our clients by evaluating properties for development and coordinating critical components, including environmental constraints, wetlands, geotechnical considerations, zoning requirements, permitting strategies, and overall site functionality. This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to be actively involved in solving complex development challenges and making a visible impact from concept through completion.
