Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide supervisory support and hands-on expertise in the maintenance and operation of facility equipment and building systems. Our team relies on strong technical abilities and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction, safety, and uninterrupted building functions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage and complete preventive and corrective maintenance assignments efficiently and timely. Monitor facility systems and respond to alarms, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain building functionality. Deliver best-in-class customer service to tenants and agencies, ensuring efficient completion of work with minimal disruption and adherence to safety protocols.

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent, technical training, or degree. Valid Tennessee Driver's License must be maintained. Universal

EPA / CFC

license required. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience covering all aspects of building engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and general building maintenance.
