This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers pursuing professional licensure and looking to grow within a collaborative engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Perform engineering calculations related to: Hydrology & hydraulics / Stormwater systems / Water and sanitary sewer systems / Detention ponds and drainage Assist in the development of concept plans and civil layouts for residential, commercial, and multi-family developments. Support infrastructure design for roadways, storm sewer, water systems, and sanitary sewer systems. Assist with permit applications, SWPPP plans, specifications, and construction administration services. Coordinate with CAD technicians, engineers, clients, and governmental agencies. Participate in project meetings and approval processes alongside licensed engineers. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. EIT certification or actively pursuing licensure preferred. Knowledge of civil/site development and infrastructure design. Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Nice to Have Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering or land development. Exposure to stormwater management, roadway design, or municipal projects. Interest in project management and client coordination. What We Offer Strong mentorship from licensed engineers.
