The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their expanding Nashville, TN team. This is a key technical role with responsibility for full project life‑cycle involvement•design, development, coordination, and successful delivery. You will prepare engineering analyses and drawings for senior review and take ownership of engineering outputs throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships and lead discussions with architects, contractors, and project partners Support business development by securing repeat work from existing clients and contributing to proposals and RFIs Provide technical leadership across design calculations, construction documents, and project submittals Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to ensure high‑quality, accurate deliverables Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) when required Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) Structural Engineer (SE)•desired BS with PE, or MS with PE and/or SE 5-10 years' experience in building design Active PE licence (multi‑state experience advantageous) Seismic design experience required Proficiency in Revit Experience with industry-standard structural software such as RAM, RISA, EnerCalc, Adapt, and Microsoft/Bentley tools Skills & Competencies Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast‑paced environment Strong knowledge of relevant jurisdictional codes and standards Excellent written and verbal communication Motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Willingness to take full ownership of work produced What's on Offer This organisation is committed to creating an environment where engineers can thrive professionally and personally.
