In this pivotal role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, ensure technical excellence, and deliver innovative solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards. Your expertise will drive project success, optimize resources, and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including design engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery within scope. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, meetings, and reporting; proactively identify and resolve issues or delays. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and change orders; maintain accurate records of project activities. Foster strong stakeholder relationships by communicating project status updates clearly and managing expectations effectively. Experience Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering or construction projects from start to finish. Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse groups of professionals. Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project or Primavera; familiarity with CAD or other design software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred. Prior experience working in fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and proactive decision-making.
