In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise take-offs and quantity estimations for heavy civil construction projects, utilizing AGTEK software tools to streamline the process. Your expertise will support project planning, cost control, and bidding efforts, ensuring accurate and efficient project execution from inception to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and precision. AGTEK proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. Applicants without AGTEK experience will not be considered. Duties Prepare accurate earthwork and material quantity take-offs Develop and analyze 3D site models using AGTEK Support estimating and preconstruction teams Assist in the development of bid proposals by providing precise quantity data and supporting documentation review plans, specifications, and bid documents Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost analysis Requirements Mandatory experience with AGTEK Software Proven experience performing quantity takeoffs and earthwork modeling Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, cost control, and pricing strategies Strong understanding of grading excavation, and site development Experience working with contractors, estimators, and project managers preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Solid understanding of construction management principles, contracts, and project management practices Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to interpret complex drawings and technical documents Join us if you're passionate about precision in construction estimation and eager to contribute your expertise to impactful projects.
