This person must possess excellent design and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a fully competent engineer and must evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques. Experience should include facility evaluation, planning, permitting, preliminary and final design and construction administration for water and wastewater facilities. Public utility system experience required. Must have a Bachelor of Science and a PE or EIT registration.
