Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil and Structural Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing civil and structural projects from conception through completion. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, sustainability, and efficiency of a wide range of infrastructure and building projects. Responsibilities Develop detailed civil and structural designs using industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and GIS tools. Perform structural analysis and system design utilizing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) techniques to ensure stability and compliance with safety standards. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications that clearly communicate project scope, design intent, and engineering calculations. Coordinate project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to meet deadlines efficiently. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, geotechnical engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution. Conduct site inspections during construction phases to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Utilize project management tools like Bluebeam for document review, markup, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and GIS software for drafting and system design. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles including geotechnical engineering, construction practices, and system integration. Experience with project scheduling tools and techniques to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively. Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations using Mathcad or similar software for structural analysis. Knowledge of CAD standards, technical writing for reports and specifications, and drafting best practices. Familiarity with FEA software for detailed structural analysis and system optimization. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
