Structural Engineer:
Read, interpret, and prepare structural blueprints, cleanroom layouts, support framing details, and construction documentation in accordance with Company Internal structural drafting standards, cleanroom coordination procedures, and turnkey EPC delivery requirements for semiconductor, photovoltaic, pharmaceutical, and advanced manufacturing facility projects, utilizing Autodesk AutoCAD and Graphisoft ArchiCAD to maintain consistency between structural, architectural, and cleanroom engineering documentation. Design and evaluate structural systems for cleanroom and industrial facilities, including steel framing assemblies, suspended utility support systems, equipment foundations, maintenance access platforms, and reinforced concrete structures, applying Company Internal cleanroom construction criteria, anchoring standards, and installation interface requirements to support high-precision manufacturing environments. Perform structural coordination reviews for cleanroom and industrial construction projects by applying Company Internal BIM coordination workflows and installation sequencing practices to identify structural conflicts, utility routing constraints, equipment clearance issues, and constructability concerns prior to field installation, reducing rework and maintaining alignment between structural and MEP systems. Conduct feasibility studies, constructability analyses, and engineering evaluations for customer design proposals, facility modifications, and cleanroom expansion projects by reviewing technical specifications, operational requirements, and installation conditions in accordance with Company Internal engineering review procedures and cleanroom delivery standards to assess structural practicality, support requirements, and long-term operational reliability. Investigate structural deficiencies, support framing conflicts, anchoring issues, and installation deviations through field inspections, drawing reviews, and engineering analysis while applying Company Internal structural review criteria and corrective engineering procedures to develop technical solutions that maintain cleanroom integrity, structural stability, and compliance with project specifications. Prepare structural shop drawings, fabrication details, quantity takeoffs, and material documentation using Autodesk AutoCAD, Graphisoft ArchiCAD, and the Company Internal OA procurement and documentation system to support engineering execution, material coordination, and construction planning for cleanroom and industrial facility projects. Review structural installation sequencing, support framing layouts, and equipment interface conditions in accordance with Company Internal installation coordination practices to ensure structural systems are compatible with HVAC routing, process utility supports, cleanroom ceiling systems, and equipment placement requirements during project execution. Conduct field verification activities during construction and installation phases by comparing site conditions against approved structural drawings, BIM coordination models, and Company Internal construction review procedures to confirm structural conformity, identify installation discrepancies, and resolve field support issues affecting cleanroom and industrial facility construction. Coordinate structural integration activities with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and process engineering personnel to ensure proper support and placement of cleanroom utility systems, suspended service structures, equipment loads, and access assemblies in accordance with Company Internal cleanroom coordination methodologies and project-specific engineering standards. Prepare technical engineering reports, structural recommendations, quantity reviews, constructability documentation, and bid-support materials using engineering data generated through Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and internal engineering documentation workflows to support project planning, technical review activities, and engineering execution requirements. Evaluate alternative structural support systems, prefabrication approaches, and installation methodologies by applying Company Internal constructability review practices and engineering coordination procedures to improve installation efficiency, reduce field modifications, and maintain alignment with cleanroom construction and turnkey EPC delivery requirements for advanced manufacturing facilities. Provide technical proposal and engineering support for cleanroom and industrial construction bids by assisting with preliminary structural scope definition, quantity verification, constructability input, and preparation of technical engineering documentation in accordance with Company Internal project delivery standards and cleanroom engineering procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in an engineering related field with 2 years experience in project management Willingness to travel oversea extensively and repeatedly to participate in companys internal training Demonstrable professional proficiency in: Autodesk AutoCAD; Graphisoft ArchiCAD; BIM Coordination Platforms; Microsoft Project; Primavera P6; OA Procurement System; PLC Control Systems; BIM Composition Modeling Tools; Engineering Quantity Calculation Tools; and Sensor Monitoring and Energy Management Systems
