You'll support the analysis and design of building structures across a mix of complex markets such as aviation, healthcare, higher education, life sciences, mission-critical , and building rehabilitation . This is a strong opportunity for an engineer who wants technical growth, increased responsibility, and a clear path toward future leadership (based on performance and experience). What you'll do Perform structural analysis and design , with an emphasis on seismic concepts and detailing Produce and coordinate plans and structural detail drawings Support project delivery through calculations, documentation, and internal coordination Use common structural tools/software (analysis + design workflows) Communicate effectively with project team members and contribute to high-quality deliverables What they're looking for BS in Civil/Structural Engineering (MS preferred) 2+ years of progressive structural engineering experience (seismic experience strongly desired) Comfort producing drawings and details; familiarity with AutoCAD Working knowledge of tools such as Enercalc and ETABS or SAP2000 (or similar) Strong written/verbal communication skills EIT preferred Compensation & benefits Medical/dental/vision coverage + profit sharing Paid time off (vacation + sick time per local policy) 401(k) eligibility after a short waiting period Commuter support Employer support for continuing education / advanced degree coursework Additional company perks (details shared during process)
