I'm working with a well-established civil engineering consultancy based in the DFW area, specialising in land development projects, and we're looking for something rare — the right person. Someone who doesn't just want a job, but wants to build something. Someone with the drive, the expertise, and the vision to one day call this practice their own. This is a genuine succession opportunity. You will work directly alongside our Vice President , learning the business from the inside out, with a clear pathway to take over the practice in the coming years.
