This team operates at the intersection of design, engineering, and fabrication , delivering practical, buildable solutions from concept through installation. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you'll contribute across design, project execution, and client collaboration, while helping scale an internal engineering function within a fast-growing business. Position Overview We're seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (PE) to lead structural design efforts and support the development of engineered building systems. This role blends hands-on engineering, leadership, and client interaction , offering exposure to the full project lifecycle from early design through final delivery. What You'll Do Lead structural design for architectural and building-related systems Review and stamp engineering drawings and calculations Collaborate with design, preconstruction, and project management teams Partner with architects, engineers, and clients to develop practical, buildable solutions Evaluate constructability and optimize designs for real-world application Standardize calculations, workflows, and engineering best practices Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives Mentor and guide junior engineering staff What Success Looks Like First 90
