Professional Engineer (PE) Required | Structural Engineer (SE) License Preferred About the Opportunity We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing structural engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile projects across a variety of specialized sectors, including mission critical facilities, life sciences/biotech, healthcare, and aviation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical design experience, project coordination skills, and a passion for delivering innovative structural solutions. As a Project Engineer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to project planning and execution, and play a key role in delivering projects from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. Develop construction documents, specifications, calculations, and technical reports. Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and other engineering disciplines throughout all phases of project development. Support project managers in maintaining schedules, budgets, and project deliverables. Conduct quality control reviews to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and client requirements. Participate in design meetings, client presentations, and project coordination efforts. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff. Assist with construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus (Master's degree preferred). 5-7 years of structural engineering experience in building design. Experience working on projects within one or more of the following sectors: Mission Critical/Data Centers Life Sciences/Biotechnology Healthcare Facilities Aviation/Airports Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred. Strong understanding of structural design principles, building codes, and industry standards. Experience using structural analysis and design software. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment. Why Join Us?
