We are currently looking for a Construction Project Engineer with previous administrative experience to join our team!

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget constraints
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and submit/monitor/resolve submittals and RFI's, and buy out process
• Submit PCO's to project manager for review and approval
• Download updated drawings from GC's various programs
• Provide FBO inventory for required projects as requested - this will include site visits
• Prepare special reports per PM request
• Respond to day-to-day emails in a timely manner
• Use construction programs
• Other duties as assigned What we're looking for:
• Associates Degree; or a minimum of 3 years of previous administrative experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
• Interpersonal Skills—maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
• Oral communication—speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings
• Written Communication—edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information
• Quality control—demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
• Adaptability—adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
