$110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus opportunity Join a Growing Team with a Clear Path to Leadership We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team. This position offers the opportunity to lead challenging projects, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in the continued growth of our organization. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee land development projects from concept through construction. Prepare and review site design plans, grading plans, drainage studies, utility layouts, and stormwater management reports. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and project consultants. Lead project teams while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Mentor and support junior engineering staff and contribute to team development. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business growth initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 10+ years of progressive experience in land development engineering. Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software. Experience with site grading, drainage, utilities, roadway design, and permitting. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and executing projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. Established relationships with local municipalities, utility providers, and development agencies.
