Geotechnical project manager:
able to deliver Geotechnical projects/plans from proposals, through designs, to final reports. Support engineering designs for a variety of airport, municipal, and private projects with complex soil, pavement, drainage, and structural components. Perform analysis and design for: slope stability, retaining walls, shoring, and deep foundations. Plan and perform surface and subsurface investigations, including coordination with multiple subcontractors, clients, permits and phases. Assign, review, and incorporate laboratory tests. Prepare Geotechnical reports, plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates. Manage scope, budget and schedule for assigned contracts. Train engineers, designers, and technicians Identify and pursue project opportunities Make teaming arrangements with primes & subs Lead preparation of SOQs and qualifications Prepare selection interview presentations and represent the company in industry conferences, workshops, out-reach events, pre-proposal conferences, etc.
