Job Description
Summary Develops and implements Computer-Aided Design (CAD) methodologies, theories, and techniques while supporting the creation, verification, and maintenance of technical drawings and designs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following duties are representative of the position. Other duties may be assigned. Create construction elevations. Troubleshoot design and verification issues related to complex physical design workflows and tools. Train drafters in the completion of drawings and specifications. Perform checking of design layouts and detailed drawings, including selections, overlays, and construction details. Ensure drawings comply with applicable industry standards, codes, and company policies and procedures. Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. Consult with senior peers on certain projects. Demonstrate moderate skill levels with a high degree of proficiency. Perform other duties as assigned.
