Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small- to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other). Carry out technical and feasibility studies and designs that meet technical specifications. Develop cost analyses for projects. Provide advice and creatively resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies. Monitor progress and compile reports on project status. Manage project budgets and delivery times. Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations including permit agencies, safety, etc., and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. Meet professionally with public and private clients to present in meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited ABET institute. Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certified by Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (TBPELS) Proven working experience. Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals, etc. Project management and supervision skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Site Development. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work as part of a fast-paced professional team. A keen eye for detail. Excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Pay Base pay will vary based on design experience, requirements and skills.
