Civil Project Engineer (P.E.) - HDD / Trenchless Design We are seeking an experienced Licensed Civil Project Engineer (P.E.) to lead and stamp engineering deliverables for horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and directional boring projects . This role involves advanced trenchless design work under regulated infrastructure such as levees, canals, highways, waterways, and rail corridors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in USACE permitting, hydraulic fracture analysis, and HDD bore path desig n, along with the ability to mentor junior engineers .
