Maintain fire and life safety standards, respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety regulations. Tenant Support & Operational Coordination Collaborate with the Property Manager to maintain a welcoming and functional environment for tenants and guests. Manage tenant work orders, coordinate with property management staff, and provide technical expertise to address maintenance issues. Support decision-making on repair feasibility and budget considerations while facilitating external contractor proposals and inspections. Record Keeping & Inventory Control Maintain accurate and accessible records through the MRI/Angus Work Order system, documenting preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, utility cut-offs, and part inventories. Estimate maintenance costs, procure necessary materials, and maintain up-to-date safety documentation, including MSDS manuals. About You High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three to Five years of related Class A mid-rise property maintenance experience.

HVAC EPA

certification preferred Maintenance Electrician license preferred SMA-SMT Certification/Training a plus Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC Basic knowledge of hand tolls and understanding of safety Familiarity with, and eagerness to explore and integrate, emerging technologies (e.g. AI and blockchain etc.) to drive innovation and continuous learning.
