Our team works on a high volume of diverse projects, giving our engineers broad exposure and fast-paced professional growth. The Role We are looking for a motivated Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our in-office team. In this role, you will work directly under a licensed Professional Engineer on a wide variety of structural engineering projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on position designed to help you grow your skills, build toward your PE licensure, and develop real-world engineering judgment. Job Type Full-Time or Part-Time (In Office) Schedule Monday
  • Friday, 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Responsibilities Work directly with a licensed PE on structural engineering projects from start to finish Review and prepare structural load calculations (wind, snow, dead, and live loads) Perform engineering calculations, markups, and redlines for CAD teams Identify and develop solutions for projects with structural concerns or limitations Communicate with internal team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and project progress Support additional engineering tasks as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline Authorized to work in the United States Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred:
EIT certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire) Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel Any structural experience is a plus — but not required Additional Notes New graduates are encouraged to apply We will train the right candidate This role offers direct mentorship from a licensed PE and a clear path toward professional development
