Work on diverse building projects, gaining experience in structural analysis, design, and project documentation Learn from experienced engineers and project managers in a supportive, collaborative environment Contribute to all phases of structural engineering projects, from planning through construction Build technical skills across various building materials and codes, including IBC, IEBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and UFC Participate in site surveys and inspections, helping to document and evaluate existing conditions What You llDo:
Assist senior engineers with structural analysis and design for building projects Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and design calculations under supervision Support the review of existing building structural systems and construction submittals Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality results Attend project meetings and participate in project coordination tasks Learn project management fundamentals, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking Contribute to the preparation of proposals and technical reportsWhat You Bring:
Bachelor s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (BSCE, BAE, or BSAE) or equivalent, with coursework in structural engineering Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required Proficiency or willingness to learn AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mentorship-driven environment Motivation to learn and grow technical and project management skillsCompensation & Benefits:
