Do:

Assist senior engineers with structural analysis and design for building projects Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and design calculations under supervision Support the review of existing building structural systems and construction submittals Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality results Attend project meetings and participate in project coordination tasks Learn project management fundamentals, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking Contribute to the preparation of proposals and technical reports

What You Bring:

Bachelor s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (BSCE, BAE, or BSAE) or equivalent, with coursework in structural engineering Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required Proficiency or willingness to learn AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mentorship-driven environment Motivation to learn and grow technical and project management skills
