Project Civil Engineer | Bellevue / Seattle, WA About the Company A nationally recognized land development engineering and environmental consulting firm consistently ranked among the top firms to work for in the industry is growing its Pacific Northwest team. With 40+ offices across the U.S. and a strong international presence, the firm offers the resources of a large organization with an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture. Project work spans healthcare, higher education, commercial, mixed-use, distribution, and more. The Role A project-level civil engineering position with real ownership across planning, design, and permitting. You'll manage client relationships, lead technical work, and contribute to business development while working alongside a multi-disciplinary team on a diverse portfolio of land development projects. Responsibilities Lead planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion and sediment control from concept through completion Provide expertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, SWPPP preparation, and water quality compliance Manage multiple projects within budget, schedule, and deadline requirements Develop and maintain client relationships and support new business development Write and review feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, technical specifications, and utility reports Mentor and support junior staff development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Active PE license 6+ years of site/civil land development experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Knowledge of local city, county, and state land use processes and regulations Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through construction documents Strong client communication, development, and management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits Preferred Qualifications Experience across a variety of project types including commercial, institutional, and mixed-use Familiarity with Washington State stormwater and permitting requirements Experience working on multi-disciplinary project teams Compensation $85,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus Full benefits including company-paid medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with match; paid parental leave; professional license bonuses; tuition reimbursement; and generous PTO Get job alerts Share Copied to clipboard Related roles Senior Transportation Program Manager| Austin
