Job Description
We are looking for a driven and experienced Civil Engineer to support a variety of public infrastructure projects. This role involves technical leadership and/or project oversight for utility, water, and wastewater improvements serving public agencies and special districts.
The individual in this position will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, including early planning and scoping, preparation of technical documentation, and coordination during design and construction. Responsibilities also include supporting clients with grant or funding-related requirements and construction-phase services.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited college or universityProfessional Engineer licensure Approximately 5-20 years of experience working on municipal or public-sector infrastructure projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation is competitive and aligned with experience and qualifications, with an estimated annual total compensation range (base plus incentive bonus) of approximately $90,000 to $160,000.The benefits package includes:
