Senior Project Engineer - Commercial Construction (Seattle, WA) Appleton Finn is partnering with a well-regarded Seattle-based general contractor to find a talented Senior Project Engineer for a complex commercial construction programme. Our client is an established firm with a strong pipeline of work across the greater Seattle area and a reputation for developing their people. The Role As Senior Project Engineer, you'll provide critical support to the Project Manager and Superintendent across all phases of the project lifecycle - from estimation through to closeout. You'll be hands-on across estimating, submittals, change orders, RFIs, forecasting, and subcontractor management, working closely with the wider project team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture Minimum 3 years of commercial GC experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; P6, Vista, Autodesk, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam preferred A positive, self-motivated attitude with strong organisational and problem-solving skills Valid Washington State Driver's Licence with a clean driving record What's On Offer Base salary: $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience Annual bonus typically ranging 3-10% of base earnings Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision, AD&D, EAP) 4% safe harbour 401(k) match plus discretionary profit sharing 3 weeks PTO plus 8 paid holidays Paid parental and bereavement leave Interested?
