As a staff engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative design team planning and designing transportation and utility public works infrastructure. Our firm's unique professional development program teams experienced engineers and technical staff who are passionate about mentoring and professional development, to work closely with new engineers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
  • Engineer-in-Training certification
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project
  • Enjoy working collaboratively, as part of a team
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in the technical aspects of civil engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your Role:
As a staff engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative design team planning and designing transportation and utility public works infrastructure. You'll work with more experienced engineers and technical staff who are passionate about mentoring and professional development. We will work closely with you to identify your specific interests, your skills, and the best way to apply your strengths and weaknesses to civil engineering design. You'll be given the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects with a gradation of role. Ultimately, you will be able to lead design and manage your own projects.
Compensation Range:
$74,000 - $80,000 annual pay
