Construction Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Engineer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for a new graduate with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management who is eager to build a career in the construction industry. The Project Engineer will support project managers and field staff in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination Help prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and documentation Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Participate in project meetings and take meeting notes as needed Support change order documentation and cost tracking Assist with RFIs, submittals, and quality control processes Perform site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or related field) required Internship or co-op experience in construction is a plus, but not required Strong organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management software is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
