Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as liaison with local municipalities and attends municipal meetings as required. Performs ordinance compliance reviews of developer-based improvement projects. Prepares public improvement plans including paving, drainage, sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer designs. Serves as project manager for various public improvement projects. Prepared plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates. Serves as a design engineer and performs complex design, computational, and drafting duties. Performs requested studies and prepares reports of findings with recommended solutions. Qualifications /Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in civil / municipal engineering. Ability to work in project teams and communicate effectively. Comfortable speaking in public settings. Experienced with land development, stormwater management, public works contracting. Experience with water distribution and sewer collection systems. Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WinSLAMM, and hydrology & hydraulic software. Possess organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects / tasks.
