Project Engineer:
You'll play a critical support role in planning, scheduling, budgeting, field cost analysis, and compliance. You'll work closely with Project Managers and field teams, gaining exposure to every stage of a project and setting yourself up for long-term career advancement in the industry. Pay:

Paid Training and Continuing Education What You Will Be Doing:
Provide essential support in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and compliance management.
Work closely with Project Managers to help coordinate and execute construction projects efficiently.
Assist with the preparation of project submittals, including timelines, material requirements, and subcontractor information.
Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other key project records.
Maintain organized project documentation and generate status reports for both clients and internal teams.
Coordinate communication between architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely flow of materials and information.
Review project drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and assist with resolving field issues.
Support the development and tracking of project schedules, deadlines, and milestones.
Monitor project expenses, invoices, and budget-related documents.
Attend project and site meetings while assisting with project closeout activities, including warranties, as-built drawings, and final documentation.
Assist in securing required permits and approvals for project work.
Track material quantities and support forecasting and cost estimation efforts. What We Are Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in commercial construction or relevant construction management internships.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and practical experience.
Understanding of construction practices, blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
Skilled in using construction management software and standard computer applications, including Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Capable of managing responsibilities independently with limited oversight.
Strong communication, time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet demanding project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
