This is an opportunity for an experienced civil design professional to join a firm where technical excellence, personal growth, and collaboration are part of the foundation—not just the culture. We're a boutique land development consulting firm based in Decatur, GA, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects. In this role, you'll bring deep hands-on experience and help mentor junior designers while working closely with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality results. What You'll Do:
Produce detailed construction documents and site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D Support and guide less experienced team members through plan production and design reviews Develop and refine plans for grading, stormwater management, utility layout, and erosion control Coordinate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables Manage your workload across multiple active projects, keeping pace with deadlines and priorities Contribute to process improvement, training, and design best practices
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in civil site design or land development High-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility layout Ability to read and interpret construction documents, redlines, and technical notes Comfortable managing production timelines and mentoring others Experience in commercial and/or residential land development Ability to work on-site in Decatur, GA, with hybrid flexibility after onboarding BS in Civil Engineering preferred but not required Why Contineo Group?
