Experience is not necessary but preference will be given to those with current MDOT certifications. Candidates must have valid drivers license without restrictions, must be able to manage time efficiently, work well in a team environment, and demonstrate integrity and high ethical standards with a good attitude. Candidates should demonstrate the following skills: high aptitude for math, excellent customer service skills, ability to follow directions, compliance will all safety rules and the ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as necessary. Candidates must also be able to climb ladders, regularly lift up to 75 pounds, and be able to travel over night when needed. Pay will be dependent upon experience and/or current certifications.'
