Essential Job Duties This position supports the development and maintenance of accurate network infrastructure records that are critical to NC State's campus-wide telecommunications systems. Working within the Network Infrastructure Records team, the role ensures that engineers and stakeholders have reliable, up-to-date data for planning, design, and operations. The position contributes directly to the integrity of infrastructure documentation, enabling efficient project execution and long-term system sustainability. Other Responsibilities Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the organization and evolving priorities. Qualifications Minimum Experience/Education Associate's Degree in the assigned discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Some positions may require certification. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Experience with AutoCAD software Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally Previous experience using ArcGIS or other GIS software.
