Job Description

College Township is seeking an Engineering Technician to support critical infrastructure and development initiatives that directly impact the quality of life in our community. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a blend of fieldwork, technical analysis, and collaboration.
What You'll Do:
Support engineering and capital improvement projects from concept through completion. Conduct inspections, site visits, and data collection for public works and development projects. Assist with plan review, permitting, and compliance with Township standards. Prepare drawings, maps, and technical reports using GIS, CAD, and related tools. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure project success
What We're Looking For:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field. Experience with CAD, GIS, and technical documentation preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license and ability to perform fieldwork. Why College Township?
