This position is expected to begin in Fall 2026. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional. Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study. Intern 3

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have completed 3 years of study in civil engineering.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in MS Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills. Motivated interest in Bridge inspection as a Team Member in the State of Rhode Island 1-2 cycles of internship experience in Bridge Inspection highly desired Bridge Load Rating experience Experience with AutoCAD, CsiBridge, LEAP Concrete/Bridge, MathCAD, AASHTOware BrM/BrR and MDX is a plus.
