Engineering Technician

The Sr. Engineering Technician will support engineering, construction, and operations teams with project coordination and technical documentation. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Support AFE preparation, entry, approval tracking, and supplement documentation Assist with cost report evaluations to develop unit pricing for estimates and budgets Coordinate accrual updates with engineering, construction, and cost control teams Assist with project schedule updates using field and engineering input Support preparation and revisions of DBMs and Project Execution Plans (PEPs) Work with engineers and supply chain to ensure purchase orders are in place and tracked Maintain document control for construction and project close-out records Review and enter construction daily reports to track progress, manhours, and KPIs Maintain project and construction workload schedules Review invoices, update AFE/GL coding, and route for approval Build and maintain strong working relationships with yard managers and field teams Ensure all work aligns with company and client safety policies and procedures Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred 8+ years of industry-related technical support experience required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Experience with systems such as SAP, Ariba, Spotfire, DataNow, SiteView, and/or Power BI preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Must be able to pass all pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Crosby Energy Services is seeking a Sr. Engineering Technician for a position based in Midland, TX working a 5/2 schedule.
