Job Description Our successful, employee-owned Arkansas sign manufacturing and installation/service company is searching for an additional highly skilled and detail-oriented designer with draftsman capability to add to our growing team. The applicant will collaborate professionally in a team environment with our sales, project managers, production department, and customers. Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of design to meet manufacturing and customer requirements Utilize graphic software to produce designs, proofs, and setup files. Attend project manager, production, and sales meetings upon request. Work collaboratively within a team environment. Analyze, interpret, and apply applicable codes, regulations, and requirements. Coordinate the project design with other team members, disciplines, contractors, owners, and external consultants. Qualification Experience with graphic programs Experience with design and/or drafting Ability to multi-task and set priorities with consistent follow-through. Professional in demeanor and a true team player. Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic.
