Job Description

Architectural Designer Phoenix, AZ K&I Architects & Interiors is currently searching for a full-time Architectural Designer to support the design team in producing construction documents. Established in 2001, K&I Architects & Interiors L.L.C. is an award-winning, full service architectural and interior design firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. Schedule:
4-day work week Monday through Thursday The right candidate will have: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in an architectural office , including work on new constructions and tenant improvements Minimum 5+ years of experience using Revit Proficient AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and other Windows-based software Willing to grow professionally such as pursuing architectural licensure and registration Able to work collaboratively as part of a production team Capable of coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously Well-versed in commonly used architectural and construction concepts, practices and procedures Possesses knowledge or experience in construction Our Architectural Designer will: Coordination with consultants engineers Conduct code research Prepare design development packages, construction documents, and construction administration services Address QA/QC comments and coordinate city submittals and redline responses Respond to requests for Information and review shop drawings Follow up with the project team to ensure projects stay on schedule Apply with an updated resume today to join our team!
